Every second month, as part of the subscription service, we will deliver refills to the products you’ve purchased. As a subscriber, you will save as much as $14, compared to the non-subscriber price.

You can view the details of your subscription plan, as well as make changes to your subscription service (foundation color, delivery postponement, and subscription cancellation), by contacting Lava Art via email at: [email protected]. Any changes you make to your account will be reflected on the next delivery as long as your changes are made 24 hours before the next shipment date.

Subscription Cancellation
Many of our customers enjoy our auto-subscription service. However, please know that you are not obligated by any means to participate in this service. Simply send an email or chat to our customer service representatives to cancel your subscription. Please note you must cancel your subscription within 30 days of the first order. If you cancel your subscription but later change your mind and want to start it again, please contact our customer support.
